Hey guys! I didn't see anything about this in the FAQs or via search, but I can't seem to get my Matricom third-party controller to work in RL. I'm using a Windows 10 PC, and the controller does work in Steam Big Picture Mode! Could someone please tell me if there's some setting I'm missing, or if maybe the controller for some reason is incompatible? Even when I launch RL using the controller in big picture mode, the RL game itself still has the same layout and everything, and will not respond to my controller, only to keyboard/mouse inputs.

Gamepad Mode:

When the gamepad is turned off, press the X and the Mode button at the same time. When the lights begin flashing quickly, connect to the device using your phone or PC. Some games require the input controls to be set prior to playing. Consult your game's manual if needed.

Keyboard & Mouse Mode:

When the gamepad is turned off, press the A and the Mode button at the same time. When the lights begin flashing quickly, connect to the device using your phone or PC. The joystick will act like a mouse for the system.

iOS Mode:

When the gamepad is turned off, press the B and the Mode buttons at the same time. When the lights begin flashing quickly, connect to the device using your phone.

(Note: This mode is only supported by iOS and not Android.)

Sync Reconnect

If the gamepad is connected with your equipment before, the gamepad can connect to your equipment automatically.

1. Make sure the device you would like to connect to is powered on.
2. Check that the gamepad is known by the device.
3. Press the Mode buttons once.
4. Once connected, the gamepad's LEDs will light up.
